One of only two apartments in a private house, set in beautiful grounds with good views and only a short walk from the beach.
Comfortably sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, A/C and Woodburner, large pool, BBQ, boules. Cot and high chair.
It's your holiday and we want you to feel at home. We live here but are often out yet available for any information needed

Welcome pack provided for stays of 7 days or more, which includes Coffee, tea, sugar, milk, wine, water, olive oil from our own trees, orange juice and bread. Further groceries can be provided prior to arrival for an agreed rate. We provide all linen, towels and beach towels.
Interaction with guests
We can be available as much or as little as you need and more than happy to share our local knowledge with you.
The property will be available to check in from 2pm on the day of your arrival

House rules
We want you to enjoy your holiday and keep safe. We hold a tourist licence for your protection.
Please leave the property tidy, strip beds and gather towels together on leaving. Take away rubbish, and wash pots and cutlery and put away.
Smoking is only allowed outside. See house manual for other info.

The neighborhood
The fishing village of Almyrida, which has a blue flag beach with lots of shops, tavernas, bars, a pharmacy, ATM and a butcher, is only a few minutes walk away. Our property is in a semi-rural but convenient setting.
Sailing, kayaking, wind-surfing and sub-aqua are available on the beach. Horse riding within 1/2 hour's drive. A gym and a spa at a hotel in the village and 10-pin bowling. A kiddies playground and a small arcade.
During the season there are many opportunities to enjoy live music, both Greek and international. Karaoke and late bars are close by (but not within earshot!). Traditional Cretan and international food is on the doorstep. Historic Chania and Rethymnon are less than 40 minutes drive. Many excursions are available including the famous Samaria Gorge. The ancient fort of Aptera is 20 minutes away as well as the port of Souda where the ferry to Athens operates.
